Responsibilities

Support design, packaging, release, and launch of interior components such as instrument panels, door trims, center consoles, and headliners

Collaborate closely with design, engineering, manufacturing, and supplier teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery

Develop and refine product specifications, CAD models (CATIA V5/V6), and project timelines

Perform DFM/DFA studies to ensure manufacturability and cost-effective production

Participate in vehicle launch activities, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related engineering discipline

Understanding of ergonomics, safety requirements, and automotive standards

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
