Responsibilities
Design and implement cost-aware planning frameworks for Microsoft 365 Core, experimentation, and AI workloads
Develop and drive an efficiency roadmap spanning hardware choices, workload orchestration, and fleet operations
Manage the full lifecycle of capacity planning and forecasting, including demand forecasting, supply planning, and alignment with finance and operations teams
Advance Copilot by identifying costs and integrating insights into the efficiency roadmap
Collaborate with infrastructure teams to improve control plane capabilities for faster experimentation, model selection, benchmarking, and production deployment
Serve as a connector across core infrastructure teams, Copilot infrastructure, and Azure AI to ensure shared goals, and aligned execution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development + OR equivalent experience
2+ years experience with cloud infrastructure, AI/ML platforms, or large-scale distributed systems
2+ years analytical and modeling skills; experience with forecasting, telemetry, and financial modeling
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development + OR equivalent experience
2+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework)
4+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn)
4+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product)
Familiarity with hyperscale cloud environments (e.g., Azure), large-scale workload orchestration, and AI model deployment in enterprise platforms
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving alignment across technical and business teams
