Responsibilities
Lead a talent-dense, US-based team tasked with automating workflows across the SaaS platform
Guide the technical direction of AI initiatives
Mentor a team of engineers
Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to deliver innovative solutions that optimize freight transportation logistics
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focusing on machine learning, AI, and data science
Proven track record in developing and deploying ML models and AI solutions at scale
Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, C#, or Java, with strong knowledge of ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and deploying AI/ML solutions in a cloud-native environment
Preferred
Experience in leading and managing engineering teams, with a focus on AI and ML project execution
Strong understanding of data engineering and the ability to work with large-scale data processing and analysis
Familiarity with Azure ML services, MLOps, and CI/CD pipelines for ML model deployment
Experience in the logistics or transportation industry, providing insight into industry-specific challenges and opportunities for AI applications
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to deliver impactful AI solutions
