Responsibilities

Perform assessments, monitoring clients’ conditions, and documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations

Travel to client's home and stay there for the full shift

Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders

Qualification

Active New Jersey LPN licenseCPR CertifiedSkilled nursing experienceTracheostomy experienceVentilator experiencePediatric experienceWillingness to work with all agesWillingness to work in all settingsCommitment to shifts

Required

Active New Jersey LPN license in good standing

CPR Certified

Willingness to work across market service area (Bergen, Passaic, & Hudson County)

Willingness to work with all ages (Infant through Geriatric)

Willingness to work in all private duty settings (In-Home & In-School)

One year of skilled nursing experience

Hands-on tracheostomy and ventilator experience

Pediatric experience

Commitment to a minimum of two twelve-hour shifts per week

Commitment to work one weekend per month
