Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle for complex business processes, focusing on RPA, Agentic AI, and Machine Learning (ML). Responsible for the design and development of solutions using core technologies such as UiPath, Google DocAI, Vertex AI Agent Builder, and Conversational/Generative AI

System Integration Vision - Implement complex agentic workflows integrated with key platforms and services, including: GCP services (Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, and BigQuery); Observability tools (Langfuse); Enterprise applications (Salesforce and ServiceNow); and all external/internal systems via APIs and direct database connections

Collaboration and Leadership- Work closely with Operations and Business Units to identify and analyze complex processes, determining their optimal suitability for Agentic AI and automation. Furthermore, the role requires you to mentor and guide junior engineers and regularly conduct code reviews

Ensure adherence - Best practices toward development, coding standards, quality check and validations, technical documentation, performance optimization and continuous improvement

Required

10+ years of overall IT experience, with 5+ years in development using UiPath, IDP and RAG

Experience in Java and Python scripting, as well as experience with Salesforce and GCP (Google Cloud Platform)

Proficient in system integrations utilizing technologies such as SQL, REST APIs, and Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)

Implement complex agentic workflows integrated with key platforms and services, including: GCP services (Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, and BigQuery); Observability tools (Langfuse); Enterprise applications (Salesforce and ServiceNow); and all external/internal systems via APIs and direct database connections

Work closely with Operations and Business Units to identify and analyze complex processes, determining their optimal suitability for Agentic AI and automation

Mentor and guide junior engineers and regularly conduct code reviews

Ensure adherence to best practices toward development, coding standards, quality check and validations, technical documentation, performance optimization and continuous improvement

Preferred

UiPath Advanced Developer Certification is recommended with strong understanding of REFramework, Orchestrator, and Studio

Advanced Business Process Analysis (BPA) and Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) skills, enabling you to articulate and optimize complex workflows

Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong experience with change management processes

Proven experience in AI requirements engineering, translating business needs into detailed specifications for AI and Machine Learning components

A deep understanding of AI and LLM (Large Language Model) capabilities and limitations

Strong communication skills that bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders
