Responsibilities
Manage 3–6 person teams to deliver tailored strategic solutions
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across client engagements
Drive hypothesis-led thinking to answer complex, ambiguous problems
Maintain delivery excellence that encourages repeat business and builds long-term client partnerships
Support business development through credibility and client satisfaction
Qualification
Required
5+ years' strategy consulting experience, or 2+ years post-MBA in a strategy consulting role
A proven ability to manage project streams and lead teams to results
Strong communication and influencing skills at Board level
An analytical mindset with clarity on critical business levers
Preferred
Experience in Consumer Goods strongly preferred
