Responsibilities
Lead and support execution of transactions across M&A, equity, and debt financing for asset and wealth management clients
Develop and maintain detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials
Conduct industry and company research to identify trends, opportunities, and strategic insights
Prepare client presentations, pitch books, and marketing materials for senior bankers and clients
Manage day-to-day deal processes, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders
Mentor and guide junior analysts, ensuring accuracy and quality of deliverables
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of investment banking experience, preferably within FIG or related sectors
Strong technical skills in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction structuring
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with market data platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Capital IQ)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with senior clients confidently
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
MBA or CFA a plus
