Responsibilities
Proactively prospect and generate new leads using innovative sales strategies and outreach methods
Engage potential clients to understand their insurance needs and present compelling Farmers Insurance products
Sell a full range of offerings, including Auto, Home, Life, and Business insurance
Build strong client relationships through exceptional service and consistent follow-ups
Consistently exceed individual sales targets and contribute to agency growth
Stay informed about product knowledge, market trends, and industry regulations
Accurately document sales activities and maintain client records using agency systems
Qualification
Required
Strong passion for sales and relationship building
Proven communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Highly motivated, ambitious, and coachable
Preferred
Previous sales or client-facing experience preferred
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
