Office Manager / Bookkeeper (bilingual Spanish)
Ultimate Staffing is seeking a high-integrity, detail-driven Office Manager/Bookkeeper to support daily operations and manage key accounting functions. The role involves managing office operations, processing payroll, and handling accounts payable and receivable, among other responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations; support multiple departments
Process payroll
Handle AP, AR, and journal entries
Create financial reports in QuickBooks (strong QB skills required)
Assist with logistics: labels, invoices, shipment documents
Maintain confidentiality and oversee office when owners travel
Order supplies and answer phones as needed
Qualification
Required
Fluent Spanish
Strong QuickBooks expertise
Trustworthy, reliable, and proactive
Stable work history
Great energy + common sense
Comfortable in a small, high‑trust team environment
