AAA Auto Club Enterprises is looking to hire an experienced Budget and Forecast Analyst for their Costa Mesa, CA headquarters. In this role, you will support the Finance Budgeting and Forecasting team by developing, managing, and analyzing budget and forecast projections for revenue and expenses, as well as analyzing Profit and Loss statements for management.

Responsibilities

You will prepare, analyze, and coordinate monthly forecasts and annual budget for assigned business units and financial statements

You’ll be responsible for reviewing, identifying, and working with other departments to help resolve any budgeting and forecasting issues as they arise

You will perform Ad Hoc Analysis as needed and be able to explain the data effectively

You’ll be responsible for the update and creation of monthly reports and completing assigned projects

Required

Bachelor's degree in finance, business/economics or accounting

Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate budgeting and forecasting, or accounting

Strong understanding of accounting concepts and processes

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Motivated self-starter and detail oriented

Advanced Excel skills

Teamwork, leadership, interpersonal, multitask management and presentation skills

Willingness to work extra hours to meet deadlines

Preferred

Additional system skills such as SQL and Power Query

Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, Hyperion or Essbase
