Responsibilities

Model Development: Design, train, fine-tune, and deploy generative AI models (LLMs, GANs, VAEs) for text, image, or media generation
Application Building: Develop AI-powered solutions like copilots, content generators, and intelligent agents
Build and maintain AI pipelines, including data preprocessing and feature engineering
Use Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to enhance model knowledge and performance
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (product, data science) to understand needs and deliver solutions
Optimization & Testing: Conduct rigorous testing, debugging, and hyperparameter tuning for model efficiency
Research & Innovation: Stay current with the latest AI/ML research and integrate new techniques
Documentation & Mentorship: Create technical documentation and guide junior developers

Required

Strong Python skills
Proficiency in ML/GenAI libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Solid understanding of deep learning, neural networks, and generative modeling
Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Knowledge of AI agent architecture (APIs, databases, workflows)
Degree in CS, AI, or a related field
3-5 Years of experience
