Escalation Engineer
Orama Solutions is a high-growth, venture-backed B2B SaaS company focused on Enterprise Security and Productivity. They are seeking an Escalation Engineer to own complex customer issues, drive resolutions, and influence product direction by collaborating with R&D and Product teams.
Responsibilities
Own escalated Tier 3 cases end-to-end, running deep technical investigations
Partner directly with enterprise customers to drive timely resolutions
Identify product issues and communicate clearly with Engineering
Create internal documentation and share technical learnings across teams
Qualification
Required
5+ years in technical support / escalations (Tier 3)
SaaS + cloud troubleshooting experience
Web debugging (network traces, DevTools, console logs)
Monitoring/diagnostics exposure + cybersecurity fundamentals
Ability to read/interpret code (JavaScript, C#, or similar)
