Responsibilities
End-to-End Migration Leadership: Spearhead the complex data migration process from Tally to Capillary, ensuring zero data loss and minimal operational downtime
Integration Management: Oversee the transition of 5+ API-based integrations, including POS systems, e-commerce platforms, and mobile applications
Technical Orchestration: Bridge the gap between cloud infrastructure requirements and security protocols to ensure a stable, compliant environment
Data Integrity: Lead Identity Resolution Mapping (Member ID mapping) to ensure guest profiles remain unified and accurate across systems
Qualification
Required
8–12 years of dedicated Project Management experience, specifically within large-scale data migrations
Must have led at least one full-scale loyalty system migration, ideally within the hospitality or travel sector
Deep understanding of API-based integrations and the architectural differences between event-driven and batch loyalty processing
Strong grasp of cloud-based environments and foundational cybersecurity principles
Preferred
Direct experience migrating to or from Tally or Capillary
Proficiency in Smartsheet for project tracking and reporting
A proven track record of managing identity resolution and complex member mapping
