Responsibilities
Define and own the enterprise-wide data analytics strategy
Lead, mentor, and scale a team of data analysts and BI professionals
Deliver high-quality dashboards, reporting, and insights using Power BI
Partner with senior leaders to support growth, profitability, and customer outcomes
Drive analytics across the full card lifecycle, including issuance, authorisation, usage, settlement, and reconciliation
Ensure data governance, accuracy, and consistency across reporting
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, risk management, and customer experience through data
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in a senior analytics leadership role
Strong background in the payments industry, ideally within card-based products
Deep understanding of the end-to-end card lifecycle
Advanced experience with Power BI (data modelling, DAX, dashboard design)
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at executive level
Commercially minded, with a track record of turning data into business impact
Experience working in complex, fast-paced environments
