Client Services Representative

Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring consistent communication and high levels of satisfaction
Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business models, goals, and challenges to proactively identify solutions that align with their needs
Maintain a regular cadence of meetings and check-ins to review performance, discuss opportunities, and ensure client retention
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Compliance, and Revenue Cycle) to address client issues and deliver timely, accurate resolutions
Analyze client data, performance trends, and feedback to recommend process improvements and program enhancements
Support contract renewals, pricing discussions, and new service proposals by preparing quotes and assisting with RFP responses
Track account health, monitor performance metrics, and escalate potential risks or unmet needs to leadership
Train client contacts and their teams on processes, systems, or program updates to drive success and compliance
Participate in client onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition from implementation to steady-state management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client communications, issues, and deliverables
Perform other duties as assigned and deemed appropriate by management
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 4 years of experience in account management, client services, or related customer-facing role
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and prioritize competing demands
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients and internal stakeholders
Experience interpreting data and translating trends into recommendations
Experience working in a growth-oriented environment with the ability to adapt to changes
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Possesses self-motivation to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
Experience in the healthcare industry
