Provide Tier 2 support and resolve network-related issues in enterprise environments
Ensure network integrity and availability by applying best practices across multiple platforms
Design and implement end-to-end network solutions tailored to business requirements
Integrate and deploy complex network design initiatives to enhance performance and security
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of relevant experience (or Associate's degree with 2+ years experience)
Provide Tier 2 support and resolve network-related issues in enterprise environments
Ensure network integrity and availability by applying best practices across multiple platforms
Design and implement end-to-end network solutions tailored to business requirements
Integrate and deploy complex network design initiatives to enhance performance and security
Preferred
Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Cisco Certified Network Engineer (CNE), or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) is preferred
Experience in multi-vendor and multi-platform environments is a plus
