Bilingual Administrative Assistant/Receptionist
Confidential company is seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to provide administrative and clerical support to the HR department. The role involves handling day-to-day HR functions, recordkeeping, onboarding, and recruitment coordination while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

Responsibilities
Answer all company incoming calls and incoming traffic
Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department including filing, data entry, scheduling, and correspondence
Assist in the preparation, distribution, and tracking of HR documents such as offer letters, onboarding packets, and policy acknowledgments
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, records, and HR databases
Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications
Assist with new hire orientation, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and timely
Process employee changes such as department transfers and terminations, ensuring proper documentation and system updates
Help coordinate HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and company events
Assist with benefits administration and respond to basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
Prepare reports and assist with HR audits and compliance-related activities
Maintain confidentiality of all employee and company information in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
May assist accounting department with document organization
Assisting with supply inventory management
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
2+ years of administrative or clerical experience; HR experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HRIS systems
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Bilingual in English and Spanish, Written and Verbally required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality
Professional demeanor and ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
