Required
Solid leader with strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence awareness
Oversight of the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Accounting
Ability to inspire the team to achieve exceptional customer service and drive financial results
Highly organized and able to work long hours
Proactive, adaptive, decisive, and reliable
Solid background and proven track record for running an exceptional hotel operation
Demonstrated productivity, meeting profit margins, and GSS growth
Focus on employee morale and guest satisfaction while meeting financial goals
Excellent communication skills for successful engagement with all employees and guests
Prior leadership experience
Strong understanding of the hotel industry
Strong background in customer service, safety, and food & beverage
Ability to deal with difficult situations and people while exhibiting professionalism
High level of technological understanding, including use of computer and various programs, including Excel and other Accounting software
