Responsibilities

Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities by leveraging your network, conducting market research, and prospecting potential clients
Establish and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and presenting our services as solutions
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve individual targets, focusing on acquiring new clients and expanding our market presence as well as generating new sales opportunities from our existing account base
Travel routinely to meet with clients, attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our testing services and build a robust network
Lead negotiations with clients, including pricing, terms, and contractual agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes while adhering to company policies and objectives
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly
Collaborate closely with operations team, help develop effective marketing campaigns and provide customer support/feedback, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and maximize client satisfaction
Provide input and oversee company social media platforms (LinkedIn)
Maintain accurate records of sales activities utilizing CRM platform, prepare regular sales reports, and provide accurate sales forecasts to the management team

Required

Demonstrated track record of success in a sales or business development role, with experience ideally in the testing industry with a focus on the automotive/transportation sector
Exceptional prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills, with a focus on consistently exceeding sales targets
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions
Solid understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and make informed business decisions
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey value propositions, negotiate contracts, and build rapport with clients
Proactive and self-driven attitude, with the ability to thrive in a target-oriented, commission-based environment
Willingness and availability to travel as needed domestically to meet clients and attend relevant industry events
Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to the overall success of the organization
Business development: 3 years (Required)

Preferred

Experience working on a Performance Media (SEM and Social) strategy
Business development: minimum 1-3 years in the testing industry preferably in the automotive /transportation sector
Bachelor's (Preferred)
