LanceSoft Inc. is seeking an experienced Cadence Application Analyst to support Inpatient and Ambulatory Clinical Applications. The role involves troubleshooting, maintaining, optimizing, and enhancing Epic Cadence applications, as well as onboarding specialties to a centralized Patient Call Center and supporting system-wide initiatives.

Responsibilities

Design, build, test, and support Epic Cadence applications and modules
Build and maintain Decision Trees, including onboarding new specialties to a centralized Patient Call Center
Optimize existing workflows and implement new requests
Support Epic Nova upgrades, including review and application of upgrade notes
Assist with integration projects across the health system
Investigate and resolve high-priority break-fix issues
Collaborate with business owners, vendors, and internal IT teams to recommend solutions to complex requests
Maintain deep understanding of clinical and business workflows, policies, and system constraints

Epic Cadence CertificationCadence experienceCadence Decision Tree buildBreak-fix troubleshootingEpic Nova upgradeNew DEP Cadence buildCommunication skillsCollaboration skills

Required

Epic Cadence Certification required
Minimum 5 years of Cadence experience
Strong experience with Cadence Decision Tree build and maintenance
Proven experience with break-fix troubleshooting and resolution
Experience reviewing and implementing Epic Nova upgrade notes
Experience with New DEP Cadence build

Preferred

Experience with Referrals and Referral Order build
Prior experience supporting centralized Patient Call Centers
Strong communication and collaboration skills
