Responsibilities

Plan, forecast, and initiate monthly and quarterly residual payments

Extract, analyze, and interpret complex data sets from the Paris system and BI tools to generate reports and insights for Finance, Business Affairs, and Labor Relations

Coordinate with the Cash Planning team on weekly residuals payouts

Review and approve U.S. and international residual payments across major guilds (e.g., Equity, UBCP, ACTRA, MEAA)

Support internal and external audit requests, including guild audits

Collaborate with guilds to resolve claims and escalate issues as needed

Lead and participate in testing and implementation of ERP and Residuals system enhancements

Required

5+ years of related industry experience required

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Solid understanding of residuals and collective bargaining agreements

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in BI tools, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI) a plus

Proven ability to extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to support critical decision-making

Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities with precision
