They are seeking a B2C & B2B Inside Sales Professional with real estate experience to work with warm leads, guide users through the platform, and close subscriptions.

Responsibilities

Work warm and inbound leads (no cold-call boiler rooms)
Speak daily with homeowners, real estate professionals, and partners
Clearly explain property data, ownership records, and document workflows
Guide users through our platform and close subscriptions
Confidently discuss: Deeds, mortgages, liens, easements, and property reports
Confidently discuss: Homeownership risks and long-term value protection
Maintain a clean pipeline in CRM HubSpot
Identify upsell opportunities across DomiDocs products
Help onboard new customers and ensure early success

Required

This role is ONLY for candidates with REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE
Hands-on understanding of the residential real estate transaction from beginning to end, and can clearly discuss deeds, mortgages, liens, easements, and property reports
Worked in residential real estate (agent, acquisitions, transaction coordination, mortgage, title, escrow, proptech)
Worked at a real estate or proptech company, such as: Zillow, Trulia, Redfin, Realtor.com, Opendoor, Offerpad, HomeLight, Compass, eXp, Keller Williams, Anywhere, or similar
Sold real estate–related SaaS or services to homeowners, agents, brokers, lenders, or title companies
Proven success in inside sales, SaaS, or tech-based sales
A real estate background you know the language of property ownership and understand the value of strong client relationships
Stellar communication skills both written and verbal
Experience managing sales pipelines through our CRM, Hubspot
Confidence in closing deals and hitting (or crushing) sales goals
Tech savvy comfortable with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Slack, and Teams
Independent, proactive, and driven you thrive in a fast-paced environment
