The Project Coordinator role supports both preconstruction and active project execution by assisting estimators and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Support project estimators during preconstruction activities
Track material quotes and relevant pricing for client proposals
Assist with drawing reviews and management of incoming bid documents
Support project managers in overseeing active construction projects
Prepare and manage project submittals, material orders, and startup documentation
Prepare and maintain daily reports, project-specific reporting, and schedule updates
Track project changes and maintain contract document revisions
Assist in preparing change orders and related documentation for clients
Communicate effectively with general contractors, vendors, designers, and specifiers
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer and technical proficiency
Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience
Experience in commercial construction
