Responsibilities

Support the HR Business Partner in key HR functions including reporting, HRIS management, staffing, recruiting, organizational changes, and immigration support
Analyze and evaluate functional HR issues, selecting appropriate procedures and making decisions to resolve them effectively
Provide functional advice and guidance on HR-related matters to employees, ensuring clear communication and support
Serve as the key user for HR-related administration systems and act as the primary liaison with HR IT teams when necessary
Maintain thorough knowledge and compliance with HR policies, procedures, and Schaeffler’s Code of Conduct
Contribute to the achievement of company goals by aligning HR activities and practices with organizational objectives
Perform additional tasks assigned by supervisors that are related to the HR coordinator’s scope of responsibilities
Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and accuracy in handling sensitive HR data and communications

Required

Bachelor's degree in a business-related field with foundational knowledge of employment law and HR functions
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general PC applications with strong business acumen
Exceptional customer service skills with excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities
Highly self-motivated and results-driven with a continuous improvement mindset
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize, make decisions, and maintain confidentiality
Proven ability to build and foster effective professional relationships
Demonstrated capability to conceptualize, lead, and drive projects to successful completion

Preferred

Experience (1-2 years preferred) in staffing, recruiting, interviewing, or employee relations
