Responsibilities

Create and revise CNC programs to improve quality and productivity
Use CAMWorks or Mastercam to generate accurate toolpaths and select appropriate tooling
Collaborate on tool and fixture design and process improvements
Document setup sheets, program files, and inspection plans to ensure repeatability and quality
Assist operators with troubleshooting and train them on new programs
Perform and oversee first article inspections and ensure part tolerances are met

Required

3+ years of CNC programming experience using CAM software for mills and lathes
Proficiency in blueprint reading and geometric dimensioning
Create and revise CNC programs to improve quality and productivity
Use CAMWorks or Mastercam to generate accurate toolpaths and select appropriate tooling
Collaborate on tool and fixture design and process improvements
Document setup sheets, program files, and inspection plans to ensure repeatability and quality
Assist operators with troubleshooting and train them on new programs
Perform and oversee first article inspections and ensure part tolerances are met
