Responsibilities

Support and enhance clinical site EMR systems across operational workflows

Lead and contribute to end-to-end projects, from requirements gathering through implementation and post-go-live support

Perform EMR configuration to align systems with clinical and operational needs

Collaborate with clinical, IT, and operational teams to analyze processes and recommend improvements

Translate business and clinical requirements into functional specifications

Support automation initiatives

Ensure solutions meet regulatory, compliance, and quality standards within clinical environments

Required

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills
