Treasury Manager

LHH is partnering with a well-known Consumer Products company to find a Treasury Manager. The Treasury Manager will oversee cash, liquidity, banking, and treasury operations across the North America region, focusing on optimizing working capital and strengthening controls while driving automation and continuous improvement in treasury processes.

Responsibilities

Oversee banking and treasury operations for the North America region
Monitor, analyze, and forecast cash flows across multiple legal entities; enhance forecasting methodologies and investigate variances
Optimize working capital and ensure adequate liquidity to support operational and strategic needs
Manage intercompany funding, cash pooling, and liquidity structures
Develop and execute short- and long-term financing strategies
Manage and maintain strong relationships with banking partners
Oversee treasury systems, processes, and reporting to ensure efficient execution of payments and collections
Ensure timely, accurate treasury reporting and visibility into cash positions
Lead treasury system utilization and enhancements (e.g., CashPro, ERP platforms)
Design, implement, and continuously improve robust cash and banking controls, including anti-fraud measures
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and banking standards
Partner with internal teams to maintain strong governance over treasury activities
Collaborate closely with FP&A, Accounting, Tax, and other stakeholders on cross-functional initiatives
Support strategic projects, including growth initiatives, system implementations, and process transformations
Champion automation and digital transformation across key treasury processes to improve efficiency and scalability

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Proven experience in corporate treasury, preferably within a CPG or similarly complex, multi-entity environment
Strong analytical skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency with treasury and ERP systems, including CashPro and SAP S/4HANA or Microsoft Dynamics 365
Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint skills
