Responsibilities
Analyze existing voice, fax, and alarm services across multiple branch locations to determine migration or decommissioning paths
Lead the transition from legacy POTS lines to current-generation voice, e-fax, and alarm communication solutions
Coordinate telecom installs, porting, cutovers, and disconnects across 20–30+ sites at a time
Work closely with internal IT, security, facilities, and project management teams to ensure smooth implementations
Partner with third-party vendors to schedule installs, manage timelines, and resolve post-cutover issues
Maintain accurate documentation and tracking in enterprise tools such as SharePoint, Planner, Lists, and Excel
Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including branch personnel
Ensure proper handoff to ongoing support teams once implementations are complete
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in voice telecommunications
Experience managing multiple projects or locations simultaneously
Strong understanding of voice systems, POTS, VoIP, fax, and alarm communications
Comfortable coordinating across vendors, internal engineering teams, and business stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, Planner)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize across competing workstreams
Preferred
Experience with VoIP platforms, POTS-in-a-Box, enterprise e-fax solutions
Familiarity with telecom porting processes
Exposure to alarm system communications (fire, security, monitoring)
Experience with TEM platforms, Zendesk, or facilities management tools
