Introduction to Commercial Real Estate
Ongoing “Day in the Life”, Immersive/Real-Time Experience with Seasoned Professional Underwriting Team Members
Personality Profiling/Character Development Exercises
Intro to other Lines of Business and 1x1 Conversations with a few Key Senior Executives
Involvement in at least 1 Community Service Project
Weekly Mentoring/Life Coaching Sessions with Manager
Career Prep/Resume Building/Interviewing Skillset Workshops

Qualification

Required

Full-time undergraduate student with anticipated graduation date between December 2024 and June 2025

Ability to interface and network with people at all levels of an organization
