Responsibilities
Support the US crude oil business by optimizing a new CTRM platform for Oil and onboarding new products
Work closely with traders, operations, IT and cross-functional teams to optimize workflows
Support complex system integrations and deliver detailed functional and technical analysis across the US crude oil value chain
Qualification
Required
Strong background working in a commodities trading environment, specifically US crude oil
Experience with Mass Balance Optimisation, Gross Refinery Margin, Crack calculations, Pipeline Logistics and Curve methodology is required
Proven experience working on technology-driven initiatives or IT projects
Ability to work closely with technical teams, including developers and architects
Experience with solutions design and technical design
Pipeline logistics experience, including scheduling, movements, and operational constraints
Prior project management experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Any scripting or technical tooling experience is a strong bonus
Experience working across Front and Middle Office
