Responsibilities

Administer and support the Global ECS (GECS) application
Serve as the primary technical resource for ECS configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance
Support the current ECS version ( 4.8.0.88 ) and assist with upgrades and patches
Monitor system performance, availability, and data integrity
Manage user access, security, and permissions within ECS
Troubleshoot ECS-related issues and coordinate with vendors as needed
Maintain system documentation and operational procedures

Vinzant Global ECSECS version 4.8.xTroubleshooting skillsEnterprise application supportWindows Server experienceECS-related database experienceVendor coordination experience

Required

Several years of direct experience with Vinzant Global ECS (GECS)
Experience with Global ECS version 4.8.x (4.8.0.88 preferred)
Strong troubleshooting and system support skills
Experience supporting enterprise, business-critical applications
Ability to work on-site in the Chicago / Schaumburg area ideally

Preferred

Windows Server and ECS-related database experience
Prior experience supporting ECS upgrades
Vendor coordination experience
