Business Development Representative (BDR) - Salary + Commission
The Loan Store (TLS) is a fast-growing wholesale mortgage lender that partners with loan officers and mortgage brokers nationwide. In this role, you will connect with mortgage loan officers, build relationships, and drive business growth through high-volume outreach and support for partners.

Responsibilities
High-volume outreach (100+ calls/texts/emails daily) to mortgage loan officers and broker partners
Build, manage, and grow a book of business within assigned accounts
Help activate new loan officers and support active partners with product and guideline questions
Use CRM and automation tools to track your pipeline and performance
Partner with Account Executives to activate new relationships and grow production
Deliver a 5-star experience to every partner you engage with
Qualification
Required

1+ years of sales experience (real estate or finance is a plus)
