Responsibilities
Act as a strategic thought partner to deliver collaborative initiatives to meet business objectives that are mutually beneficial
Partner with product area extended workforce management in planning and execution of their unique resourcing model to achieve shared goals and objectives
Own strategic recommendations and drive roadmaps across multiple workstreams
Garner data insights to inform decision-making
Represent xWS broadly and discover opportunities to improve existing processes, systems, and solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
10 years of experience related to vendor management, procurement, partnerships or supply chain operations
Preferred
MBA, graduate degree, or equivalent experience
Experience managing complex programs and projects, and developing and implementing project plans
Experience in contingent workforce management
Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships, including the ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders, and effectively manage conflict
Ability to manage and communicate change across all levels of an organization, from executives to front-line employees
