Client Success Manager

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients joining NEP Services for website development and onboarding to Connect Plus+
Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand and effectively use their custom website and membership management system
Develop and maintain training resources, FAQs, and user guides to support clients
Help clients navigate their custom-built websites and Connect Plus+ platform
Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and escalating concerns when necessary
Collaborate with internal teams to test software features and provide feedback for improvements
Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel supported throughout their journey with NEP Services
Monitor client engagement, adoption, and satisfaction, addressing concerns proactively
Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance to clients on best practices
Manage client requests and communications using HubSpot, Monday.com, and task management software
Track client interactions, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely responses
Maintain accurate client records and progress reports
Identify areas for improvement in onboarding and customer success processes
Provide client insights to leadership and contribute to service enhancements
Suggest workflow optimizations to improve efficiency
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to quickly learn new software and guide clients through onboarding
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
Industry experience preferred, but open to motivated candidates eager to learn
Experience or familiarity with HubSpot, Monday.com, task management, and email tools is a plus
