Responsibilities

Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach within the healthcare sector
Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and community organizations to generate referrals and partnerships
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, clearly articulating the benefits of Woodland Recovery Center's services
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor service solutions that meet client needs and support patient care objectives
Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends to inform strategic planning and decision-making

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, preferably within the healthcare industry
Strong understanding of healthcare services, particularly behavioral health, and the regulatory environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer applications

Preferred

Experience working in substance abuse recovery, behavioral health or mental health services
Familiarity with healthcare referral processes and payer systems
Advanced degree or certification in healthcare management or sales
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a healthcare setting
Knowledge of territory's healthcare market and community resources
