Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned corporate and hospitality positions, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide guidance on best practices
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach
Maintain accurate and timely candidate data in the applicant tracking system
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies
Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to leadership
Stay informed on industry trends and competitive market practices to enhance recruitment strategies

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
2+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in corporate and/or hospitality environments
Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with major job boards and social platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Experience with applicant tracking systems
