Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to independent insurance agencies using prepared call scripts
Identify and speak with agency owners or decision‑makers
Introduce The Satanoff Agency and communicate our value proposition
Qualify agencies based on ownership status, size, and succession interest
Log call outcomes accurately in CRM or tracking system
Schedule follow‑up calls or meetings for senior team members
Maintain a professional, respectful, and compliant calling approach
Participate in training and coaching sessions to improve communication skills
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal communication skills
Comfort speaking on the phone with professionals
Organized and detail-oriented
Coachable, positive attitude
Preferred
Interest in business, finance, insurance, or M&A a plus
Prior sales or customer service experience helpful but not required
