Responsibilities

Prepare financial analysis and reports including plans, latest best estimates, and long-range projections for profit and loss and balance sheet metrics

Support and maintain efficient financial planning processes, calendars, and key deliverables

Develop and enhance financial tools, templates, and reporting solutions to support consolidation and analysis

Manage reporting of monthly financial performance metrics, including sales, expenses, and cash-related measures

Provide financial support to global marketing teams through budgeting and forecasting activities

Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries, revenue tie-outs, and expense analysis

Prepare and analyze daily and weekly sales reports and projections

Maintain finance scorecards and track deliverables across finance teams

Support ad hoc financial modeling, data analysis, and cross-business initiatives for senior management

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

Extensive experience in finance or accounting roles with increasing responsibility

Strong proficiency in Excel with advanced analytical capabilities

Solid knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles

Demonstrated ability to deliver clear financial analysis to support business decisions

Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and senior stakeholders

Preferred

Experience supporting sales and operations planning processes

Familiarity with integrated business planning concepts

Experience providing finance support to global marketing organizations

Background in a manufacturing environment

Exposure to large, complex, global organizations

Strong communication and presentation skills with a structured, detail-oriented mindset
