Project Accountant
LHH is seeking a Project Accountant to manage construction project budgets, owner contracts, and billing strategies while supporting project managers and collaborating across teams. The role involves processing invoices, preparing reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with various requirements.

Process material and subcontractor invoices
Prepare and reconcile owner billings and handle job costing
Monitor budgets, forecasts, and change management
Ensure compliance with lien releases, insurance, and payroll requirements
Support project setup and close-out processes
Reconciliations and resolution of discrepancies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent accounting experience
5+ years of accounting experience in the construction industry
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and client service skills
