Responsibilities

Generate and send out accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner
Follow up on outstanding accounts and past-due invoices to secure payments
New customer set up and communication, setting up credit
Releasing shipped orders for invoicing
Cash deposits (ACH, Checks, and Credit cards)
Reconcile discrepancies and resolve billing issues with clients, including disputes and chargebacks
Maintain accurate and organized records of all accounts receivable transactions
Collaborate with other departments to address client inquiries and resolve payment-related issues
Assist in other areas of the office as needed

Required

Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial systems, and processes
Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Organizational and time management skills
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
