Responsibilities
Design, execute, and deliver solutions for clients’ toughest business challenges
Lead complex, multi-threaded projects to streamline client business processes and technology environments
Develop go-to-market strategies
Execute change management initiatives
Lead business and technology transformation initiatives
Mentor junior team members
Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of different workstreams
Collaborate with clients and interface with executive stakeholders to plan and execute successful engagements
Collaborate with other Valent leaders in leading the operations of the business and contribute directly to the growth of Valent
Qualification
Required
Degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar
Minimum of five years of experience in technology consulting, program leadership, systems integration, or related role
Experience leading technical implementation projects or programs (i.e., digital transformation, process reengineering, ERP systems, cloud migration, AI and automation)
Strong understanding of change management frameworks, Agile methodologies, and project management tools
Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect technical solutions to business objectives and client outcomes
Experience leading small teams and delivering successful project outcomes, while also contributing directly to the work being done
Skilled at driving alignment across cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives
Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks to meet diverse client needs
Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship
