Manage a personal injury litigation caseload from filing through trial
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
Prepare cases for settlement negotiations and trial presentation
Stay current on developments in Florida personal injury law
Take on additional responsibilities necessary to advance and resolve cases
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active membership in the Florida Bar
7+ years of civil litigation and trial experience (PI preferred)
Demonstrated success litigating personal injury matters
Strong writing, advocacy, and communication skills
Preferred
Prior personal injury or trial experience—plaintiff or defense
