Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of order process, from initial quote to final shipment within the E-commerce category
Ensure smooth and efficient new customer onboarding
Maintain a thorough understanding of shipping procedures to ensure accurate and timely delivery while optimizing processes
Partner with Account Executives to understand the unique needs of E-comm customers, gather actionable insights, and develop solutions that strengthen client relationships
Enhance customer experience by resolving concerns, anticipating needs, and improving processes to drive lasting satisfaction and loyalty
Prepare and present ad-hoc reports to Account Executives, supporting key sales initiatives and ensuring alignment with overall company objectives
Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Accounting, Logistics, Warehouse, and Art Studio departments, to streamline operations, reduce inefficiencies, and maintain a high level of customer service
Maximize customer operational performance by providing resources and technical advice
Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications

Qualification

Required

3+ years of experience in a customer facing or customer support role
Bachelor's Degree required
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookup and pivot table experience)
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
A friendly and collaborative demeanor, with the ability to work well in a team environment
Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently
Ability to work in an international environment with diverse teams and customers
Active and engaged listener, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with various audiences
