Responsibilities

Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and co-design actionable solutions

Support end-to-end project delivery, including gathering and documenting business and functional requirements

Facilitate workshops and engage with business and technology stakeholders to understand challenges and define solutions

Map current-state and future-state processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation

Conduct data analysis, benchmarking, intelligent data structuring, and support business case development

Prepare clear and concise project documentation, including user stories, process flows, and requirement traceability matrices

Manage stakeholder expectations across multiple teams and functions, building trusted client relationships

Take on increasing levels of responsibility and evolve into team leadership roles as quickly as possible

Build and develop a subject matter expertise in a financial services domain and represent it across APAC or with clients as a SME

Contribute to strategic and operational transformation initiatives across financial services areas such as wealth management, corporate banking, transaction banking, treasury, risk, and compliance

Work on proposals and support business development initiatives, including client presentations and thought leadership

Participate in internal knowledge-building efforts through workshops, publications, and firm-wide learning events

Required

A degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field

2-5 years of experience in consulting, banking, or financial services

Prior experience in Project Management in a client-facing project role

Strong understanding of one or more of the following: Capital Markets, Wealth & Private Banking, Corporate or Transaction Banking, Cash & Liquidity Management, Treasury or Financial Markets, Asset Management, Risk, Compliance, or Regulatory Change, Payments & Fintech

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and basic data analytics tools

Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
