Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain scalable B2B workflows for private neurology practices
Architect the technical foundation, deciding when to build in-house vs. integrate best-in-class tools
Develop and maintain data infrastructure to surface actionable clinical and operational insights
Work directly with customers — including onsite — to iterate quickly based on real-world feedback
Define engineering standards, establish team culture, and help hire and mentor future engineers
Own problems end-to-end, from discovery through deployment and iteration
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional software engineering experience
Comfortable operating with ambiguity and making architectural decisions
Strong full-stack fundamentals with a bias toward execution
Excited to work in person and build alongside founders and customers
Motivated by ownership, responsibility, and building something that matters
