Responsibilities

Support fundraising initiatives, including virtual campaigns, peer-to-peer efforts, appeals, and donor engagement activities

Maintain accurate donor records, including data entry, acknowledgements, reporting, and gift tracking

Coordinate donor and volunteer recognition efforts, including thank-you communications and seasonal appreciation initiatives (e.g., holiday gift baskets)

Develop and send donor mailers and email communications with program updates, impact stories, and appeals

Develop and post content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)

Create multimedia content such as graphics, videos, and written storytelling to showcase programs, events, and participant success stories

Assist with donor database maintenance and generate campaign and engagement reports

Support email newsletters, event promotion, and marketing efforts

Assist with website content updates to ensure timely, accurate, and compelling information about programs, events, and impact

Collaborate with staff and volunteers to ensure consistent messaging, branding, and tone across all platforms
