This role will manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions within a fast-moving environment, working closely with leadership and the Controller.

Responsibilities
Support accounts receivable and accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, coding, and payment activity
Manage customer invoicing and assist with AR collections and follow-up
Process vendor invoices and support payment runs within QuickBooks Online
Maintain and support the chart of accounts and transactional accounting structure
Assist with debits, credits, and general ledger support
Partner closely with the Controller to support month-to-month accounting operations
Work daily in QuickBooks Online and Excel to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Support a small accounting team in a collaborative, onsite environment
Qualification
Required
2+ years of hands-on AR/AP or general accounting experience
Experience using QuickBooks Online
Comfort supporting both invoicing and collections on the AR side
Solid understanding of AP processes and transactional accounting
Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Acrobat
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage responsibilities independently
Friendly, professional communication style and comfort interacting cross-functionally
Ability to work onsite full-time
