EPITEC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the HR Planning Manager in developing and managing comprehensive project plans aligned with the People Team strategy. This role will focus on operational excellence, system implementation, and change management initiatives, including leading the rollout of Monday.com and enhancing HR Scorecard visibility.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage project plans to execute People Team strategy
Identify and assess risks; partner with leaders to overcome barriers
Drive operational excellence across financial management approval processes
Lead implementation of Monday.com pilot program, including project plan and change management strategy
Maintain and enhance HR Scorecard visibility and tracking
Collaborate with People Leadership and HR Strategy teams to monitor MBO goals and KPIs
Facilitate development of annual People Team milestone calendar in Monday.com
Support planning for communication forums and People Team Town Halls
Gather feedback and share best practices for continuous improvement
Support ad hoc reporting and audits

Required

5+ years of project management experience
Experience in system implementation and change management
Bachelor's degree in project management, business, or related field

Preferred

PMI or PMP certification
Monday.com experience
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (formulas)
