Responsibilities
Manage projects focused on process mapping, standardization, and automation
Support purchase order negotiations with the Subcontracts team
Analyze vendor spend, performance, and cost-saving opportunities
Solicit material quotes from external vendors
Assist project teams with vendor and manufacturer feedback to resolve quality observations
Use Excel, Power Query, Smartsheet, and Tableau for data tracking and visualization
Join jobsite walks to collect performance feedback
Generate ideas to improve fleet and vehicle receiving efficiency
Qualification
Required
Candidates must be enrolled in a Co-op program at an accredited school majoring in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Construction Management, or a related degree
Candidates must complete at least two full-time, alternating Co-op rotations before graduation and should avoid a full courseload while working, which may delay graduation
Self-motivated, team-oriented, and detail-focused
Productive in fast-paced environments with strong multitasking skills
Able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage workload efficiently
Effective communicator across diverse teams, including PMs, drafting, field staff, and fabrication shops
