Senior Marketing Operations Manager

Responsibilities
Optimize marketing-to-sales funnel performance, ensuring seamless lead handoff and improved conversion rates
Enhance marketing analytics and attribution models to measure campaign ROI and drive data-backed decision-making
Partner with marketing, sales, and finance to ensure alignment on KPIs, pipeline forecasting, and revenue growth strategies
Manage marketing automation platforms (Pardot, Marketo, or HubSpot) and integrate with Salesforce to optimize campaign execution and lead management
Identify and implement automation and process improvements to scale revenue operations effectively
Develop and maintain SLAs between marketing and sales teams for lead response, qualification, and follow-up
Collaborate with marketing, SDRs, and sales leaders to ensure marketing-generated leads are effectively nurtured and converted
Improve data quality and segmentation for targeted marketing campaigns and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives
Support campaign tracking, reporting, and dashboard creation for visibility into marketing impact on pipeline and revenue
Own marketing and sales performance reporting, providing insights on lead conversion, pipeline progression, and revenue impact
Analyze pipeline health, marketing effectiveness, and sales efficiency metrics, delivering insights to drive strategic decisions
Partner with RevOps, finance, and leadership to develop forecasting models that align marketing spend with revenue targets
Optimize Salesforce workflows and reporting dashboards to enhance visibility into marketing and sales performance
Lead evaluation, selection, and implementation of new tools to support marketing and sales efficiency
Ensure data accuracy and governance across marketing automation, CRM, and sales enablement platforms
Work closely with the marketing team to support event operations, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with revenue goals
Analyze event data to measure impact on pipeline growth and optimize future event strategies
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or Marketing Analytics, preferably in B2B technology or enterprise SaaS
Strong marketing background, with expertise in demand generation, lead management, and marketing analytics
Hands-on experience with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms (Pardot, Marketo, or HubSpot), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI)
Deep understanding of ABM strategies, campaign attribution models, and revenue funnel optimization
Experience in pipeline forecasting, performance analysis, and marketing-to-sales alignment
Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights for revenue growth
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills
West Coast location preferred, but open to remote candidates with a strong fit
